Junior IT Controller will be joining the Luminor IT Finance Control team (part of the Business Insight Unit, PMI, Finance Division), which is responsible for the financial support to the whole Technology Division, including IT Development projects, IT Run costs and IT invoice handling.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Omniva - invoice management system to help Technology division with cost categorization and approval round management
- Validate invoiced amounts against logged hours report for T&M cost
- Support colleagues from Technology division with invoice related questions
- Support IT controllers with invoice information for cost analyses
- Collaborate with accounting unit to ensure proper IT cost recognition in P&L
Skills and experience:
- Higher education in economics, finance or similar field
- Previous experience working in finance or accounting
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Good MS office package skills
- Omniva system experience would be considered as an advantage
- Be able to show initiative, high level of responsibility
