HRMNY Capital is looking for a Business Process Specialist to join our team!
As a Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting our current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes made to our business processes.
A perfect candidate for this position is a confident and strong-willed, but at the same time calm and balanced person, considering trust and responsibility as key to success. Such person brings clarity and order to all actions and prefers to work with clear and formulated tasks, rather than abstract concepts. Remains demanding, but fair to his surroundings. Able to act decisively, while remaining correct and respectful in communication.
Your main responsibilities
- evaluating existing business processes, determining and outlining improvements
- coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
- analysing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed
- presenting progress reports and integrating feedback
- revising and updating procedures and policies
We expect you to have
- knowledge and practical skills in building business processes and analytics
- experience in setting up and administering business applications and databases
- knowledge of programming basics
- experience with Atlassian products will be an advantage
- desire to learn and drive significantly contribute
- excellent knowledge of Russian and English
