Currently, we are looking for a Maintenance Expert to join our growing team in the new office in Latvia (Riga). We are looking for a person to take care of the uninterrupted working condition of the office, who will help to maintain a safe and serviceable work environment.

Job responsibilities:
-Monitoring the technical condition of the office, filming locations and corporate apartments
-Daily walk-through of office space with technical condition check
-Unscheduled inspection of the office, filming locations and corporate apartments
-Implementation of minor repair and painting works, furniture assembly
-Moving furniture and other bulky items as needed
-Transfers to the airport
-Transfers from the hotel, corporate apartments to the office
-Courier service, post

Requirements:
-Experience in construction
-High sense of responsibility
-Fluent English, knowledge of Russian is advantage
-Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
