FINANCIAL MANAGER for an independent period:

Main job responsibilities:
Budgeting

• project budgeting, ongoing budgeting
• monitoring the budgets for projects (liquidity, organization of payments)
• organization of developing necessary financial documents
• calculation of interest on loans

Transactions and project management

• participation in the structuring of new transactions and projects
• maintenance of the financial part of transactions (purchase / sale of companies, aircraft, leasing)
• control over the performance of payment schedules and conditions, mutual financial obligations and settlements
• economic and financial calculations for the projects
• financial consultations for the project managers

Reporting and financial control

• preparation of operational reporting
• control over the correct reflection of transactions in accounting
• control and verification of prepared project reports and the data in the accounting system
• control of debts / mutual settlements, execution of schedules

Requirements:
• higher academic or second level professional higher education in economics or finances
• at least 3 years of professional experience
• excellent knowledge of Russian and English, Latvian (optionally)
• expressed analytical skills, experience in developing financial models
• knowledge of IFRS and main principles EU tax system
• good work organization and computer skills Excel, Power Point, Visio, 1C (accounting)
• honesty, high management responsibility, striving for professional growth, positive attitude
