If you have:
Excellent English, Latvian and Russian language knowledge,
Experience in various legal and internal document maintenance,
Related work or other experience in similar positions,
Dedication for getting things done,
Passion for people and helping others,
Perfect MS Office knowledge,
Flexible approach to sudden changes,
Discipline and high stress tolerance,
B driver’s license,
Valid covid19 certificate.

And you are ready to:
Maintain various company contracts and other documents,
Plan, manage and organise COO’s calendar and meetings, responsibilities and tasks,
Take over sudden ad-hoc tasks and multi-task on daily basis,
Be part of and arrange various onsite and remote meetings in different locations as well as write, share and update meeting notes,
Manage all travel arrangements for management team,
Cooperate with other members of board and HR on various projects and miscellaneous administrative responsibilities.
