• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Law
• Strong leadership skills, experienced in people management
• Work experience 2+ years
• Knowledge and understanding in working with road cargo transportation
• Excellent English, Latvian and good Russian language knowledge
• High sense of responsibility, detail – orientated and well – organized personality
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Provide legal guidance and advice to management on relevant legal issues
• To plan, organize and manage the work of Legal Department, determine tasks and control their execution
• Ensure reliable and timely execution of company’s day-to-day legal activities
• Cooperate with our partners in Europe
• Report on legal activities, risks and litigation
• Draft legal documents and correspodence
• Ensure compliance with laws and guidelines related to company’s business or other activities
