We are looking for an SMM specialist who will grow the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest accounts of our brands and engage in influencer search, outreach, and collaborations. We work in US, UK, and Canada markets. English must be fluent.

Your main responsibilities:
- Perform social media activities with a goal to grow organically our social media followers (daily posts, commenting, engaging, giveaways, etc. ) on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest;
- Reach out to influencers on YouTube and IG to collaborate and review our products
- Monitor performance and engage with followers on a daily basis
- Grow a community and following of our brands
- Provide excellent customer support by identifying customers needs and solving tasks with an individual approach
- Make photos in our in-house photo studio for social media content
- Being in charge of Social Media operational area, including KPI reports
- Managing and supervising the operational support for customers’ service-related activities done by freelancers
- Communicate with other internal teams to find a solution for more specific requests sent by customers
- Maintain a positive image of our company
- Demonstrating a positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and punctuality

Requirements:
- To have English language skills on a fluent level (written/spoken)
- Previous experience in a similar role is required - at least 2 years 
- To have a sense of empathy and desire to help people (“You should really care about providing the best satisfaction for every customer”)
- Ability to explain complex things in simple words
- Be willing to be a leader of a team of remote freelance support specialists and be responsible for their results and KPI's
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Be able to set and accomplish goals on a daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly basis, generate KPI reports based on your productivity
- Responsibility, hard work, and great work ethic

- This position is only for full-time employees during the working hours 9:00 — 18:00 in our office situated in the center of Riga.
