Stora Enso Forest Division is focused on managing company’s forest assets and building strong bonds with other forest owners and forestry stakeholders. Forest Division is promoting sustainable forestry and biodiversity by balancing environmental, social and economic interests.

Forest division is responsible for wood supply operations in our four business units in Finland, Sweden, Russia and Baltics, that form a part of Stora Enso’s global wood supply organization.

We are looking for an IT Service Lead to Forest Division at Stora Enso to manage our business specific IT services in the Baltic countries. You can primarily locate in Forest Division premises in Estonia, however we are also willing to discuss locating to other Forest Division premises in the Baltic region. You will be a part of the Forest ICT & Digitalization organisation.
As an IT Service Lead, you will be responsible for one or several IT Service deliveries towards our local business. You co-operate with colleagues within the IT function and in the business as well as with our vendors to deliver IT services according to agreed targets and SLA’s. You drive development needs towards vendors and participate in requirement specification. Regular follow-up of service costs and quality towards vendors are key elements in your work, as is fluent co-operation with business. In this role you secure that needed documentation and descriptions of the service is in place. You will also participate in continuously developing our ways of working and processes within IT, as well as in key development activities.

As an IT Service Lead, you are in a key position securing that the local business gets the IT service quality they need to serve our customers. In addition, this position offers possibilities to grow as an IT professional with a wide range of varying responsibilities. Qualifications

You have a university degree in a relevant field. You have experience in managing and delivering IT Services and ITIL based processes are familiar to you. Experience in IT roles supporting ERP systems or technical server environments are assets.

As a person you have a positive attitude and a can do -mentality in combination with a structured way of working and the ability to take initiative. You are a good communicator and feel comfortable in situations interacting with different stakeholders.

Our main language of communication is English, and therefore you need to have a strong proficiency in both writing and speech. Proficiency in local languages is an asset, as in experience from the forest industry.
