- Consumer and Data protection experience;

Responsibilities:
- Legal support of European, Russian and foreign companies;
- Incorporation, reorganization and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, Cyprus, Singapore, etc.;
- Registration of non-resident employees (residence permit);
- Legal support of M&A and R&D projects.
