CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ( ENGLISH + ITALIAN)

We are HIRING a Customer Support Executive (ENGLISH + ITALIAN) to join our GROWING TEAM!!!

We are seeking to add a talented Customer Support Executive to this team who will work in the morning or evening shift and provide support to English and Italian customers.

What you'll be doing:
Using empathy/positive language when answering questions while customers are browsing our website
Helping each customer find their ideal car
Spotting opportunities to provide information that a customer may require at a later stage
Dealing with requests for booking and picking up a rental car
Keep customers coming back again and again
Contribute your ideas to improve our Customer Support workflow and the DiscoverCars.com product
Be a team player and help the rest of the support team in any way you can
Work a rotating shift: evening/weekend job also. This position requires working on either Saturday or Sunday, and candidates that can work the entire weekend are preferred.

Requirements:

• Have native/ (C level) Italian language skills with excellent English skills (C1 level or higher)
• Have knowledge of what makes for the best customers service experiences
• Understand that the customer always comes first and have a passion for assisting people
• Have superb problem-solving skills and be able to be flexible to different customer profiles
• Take ownership of your work and be able to multitask, as well
• You need to be based in Latvia
