Currently we are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing team in the new office in Latvia (Riga). Who will help our team onboard employees into our systems and let them start their work in time.

Requirements:
- Highly precise and detail oriented approach to work
- Patience and willingness to execute repetitive tasks
- Strong organizational skills and ability to respond to changing or multiple work demands
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and a diverse workload, while achieving results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to problem-solve and generate creative solutions to onboarding challenges
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)

The main task of the Coordinator is to control the full-cycle of a new employee’s onboarding process and support them on their first day of work:

- Request and check necessary documents of the future employee
- Add information about the employee to our corporate systems (we’ll teach you that)
- Forward the information to the corresponding department to file a job contract
- Make sure the employee starts work on their first day
- Help the new employee on their first day in case any issues arise

About 80% of the workload takes up online communication, execution of operational tasks and trouble-shooting new employees' logging issues. So we are looking for a digital-savvy, highly precise and organized specialist who is in love with repetitive work and will bring the best onboarding experience to our new employees.
