Job type: full-time
Location: up to 100% remotely / office in Riga available
Level: junior to middle
Team size: 10 members.
Work area: IT recruitment.

Main tasks:
• Recruitment of IT specialists (Latvian market, relocation from other countries and for remote work);
• Full-cycle of candidate introduction (from sourcing to presenting to a customer to following up employed candidates);
• Administrative tasks (database management, job ads posting, processing of internal documents, preparation of reports).

We expect you to have:
• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment;
• The interest to obtain new skills in HR, Recruitment and IT market;
• Familiarity with Boolean strings and other search/recruitment methods;
• Time-planning skills and orientation on result;
• Ability to organize your work and to work independently;
• Knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English languages (written and spoken).
