The rapidly growing EY Law team is currently seeking the right candidate for Junior Lawyer position!

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Work with transactions (preparation of contracts, inspections, etc.);
• Preparation of commercial agreements;
• Preparation of procedural and other legal documents;
• Advising and representing clients in various institutions;

Requirements:
• University degree in Law (Masters degree will be considered as advantage);
• Experience as a legal counsel will be considered as advantage;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian.

• Analythical thinking and reasoning skills.

• Participation in staging of court proceedings, debate club, social activities;
• Written publications on Law topics;
