RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and review agreements and other legal documents;
- Provide legal advice to the team;
- Ensure that all the financial services and products offered by group comply with regulatory requirements and applicable national laws of the countries concerned;
- Effectively and clearly communicate potential legal risks in a timely manner;
- Develop in-house documentation in the field of competence;
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving and streamlining processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher legal education;
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company;
- Excellent spoken and written Latvian & English, Russian will be an advantage;
- Strong business mind set and orientation towards the goal;
- Ability to resolve complex legal issues;
- High-level of business acumen;
- Good knowledge in general corporate and commercial laws;
- Ability to work independently;
- High sense of responsibility & a calm and professional disposition.
