By joining the TWINO Investments team as a Brokerage Operations Specialist you will observe and enhance the brokerage operations onboarding process to improve customer onboarding and risk strategies at scale. You will work with the TWINO investments team to ensure perfect working brokerage operations on daily basis. Your responsibilities
- Review and open new brokerage account applications as needed
- Observe and enhance the brokerage operations onboarding process to improve customer onboarding and risk strategies at scale
- Handle exception and reconciliation procedure and help perform risk reporting and controls
- Observe the accurate processing of corporate actions as needed and notify customers of relevant corporate actions
- Resolve trade errors and process trade corrections with the Brokerage Operations and Engineering partners
- Maintain a close collaborative working relationship with our internal partners across all lines of business to scale Investing products, tools, and systems
- Monitor and review daily exception reports, and evaluate findings using internal procedures
- Work with the Product Manager to update policies and procedures and keep documents current
- Manage and file records in compliance with our record-keeping policy
- Manage special projects for audits
- Support the project management endeavors of the organization
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance
- 3+ years of experience as broker, dealer or financial operations specialist in the bank or brokerage company
- Knowledge of the financial markets, financial instruments is a must
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary web-based back-office applications
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Very good English language skills

We offer flexible and competitive terms of employment and a competitive remuneration package. The salary range for this position varies from 1500-2500 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
