Your profile:
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluent English and Latvian language skills
- Educational background or professional background in Accounting or/and Finance as an advantage
- Professional experience in the construction field as an additional value

Your daily tasks:
- Assist the Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with ad-hoc tasks
translating Commercial letters and Contractor/ or Engineer Variation - Translate Commercial letters and Contractor/ or Engineer Variation Order forms from English to Latvian
- Search and translate documentation at BIS (Building Information System)
- Prepare reports from BIS to summarize Hidden acts completed, quantities of work completed, Hidden acts approved, etc.
- Compile documents for signatures and submission to Employer (for example, Engineer Interim Payment Certificates, Contractor's Interim Payment Certificates, Engineer/ Contractor variations orders, and any commercial reports)
- Input data on PIMMS (Reporting system) for commercial reporting
- Data entry and administration work required for commercial reporting or Interim Payment Certificates
