Paybis.com is a digital & cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2014. Our goal is to allow any person around the globe to buy or sell crypto and digital currencies in a quick, easy, and hassle-free fashion. You will be responsible for outstanding customer support by providing fast, friendly and professional service. Duties will include communication with customers via e-mail and online chat, reporting of technical issues to the IT team, and other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Responding promptly to customer inquiries via online chat or e-mails
Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set time limits; following up to ensure resolution
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer all questions
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processes.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Perfect written English
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Stress resistance and ability to stay calm when customers are upset
Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Comfortable working independently and in the team
Typing speed at least 40 words per minute
Interest in the cryptocurrency industry and willingness to learn more about it
Ability to work in shifts including weekends and nights (7:30–15:30; 11.30-19.30 15:30–23:30; 23:30–7:30, etc)
Customer support experience is considered an advantage
