Position summary
As a Partnership Manager, you will create long-lasting relationships with our existing and prospective partners. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Fintech industry, someone who can negotiate with ease, find a common language with everybody, has the emotional intelligence and drive to bring out the best of every collaboration.
Your main tasks will include active partner search and attraction, promotion of our payment system products and being our representative in different partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Search and attract new partners for main company products: payment accounts, international transfers, currency exchange;
- Sell services to partners through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, as well as Fintech conferences and events;
- Prepare proposals for potential partners and handle detailed questions about company products’ advantages and benefits;
- Act as main point of contact for new and existing partners by leading the entire sales process and provide them with all necessary assistance;
- Collaborate with the company's divisions and offices to provide exceptional service to our global partners.
We expect you to have:
- 2+ years experience in Fintech or Banking with good knowledge in sales/account management;
- Outstanding negotiation skills: you don't take no for an answer;
- Proven track record for driving B2B partnerships;
- A proven track record in both new business development and achievement against set sales targets;
- The ability to self-generate a sales pipeline and to work autonomously, with full control over daily activities;
- Drive and energy to reach goals and KPIs;
- Ability to work under demanding time constraints to meet company goals;
- Excellent organisational and communication skills;
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills and desire to understand the product to be sold;
- Flawless English and Russian skills, any other language knowledge will be considered as an advantage;
- Knowledge of Compliance and Anti-money laundering will be considered as an advantage;
- Existing network of potential partners and prospects will be considered as an advantage.
There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.
We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then monthly salary is 2110 EUR gross + bonuses depending on your skills and experience.
