To achieve and establish our growth and future-proofing, we are currently looking for an HR Specialist to join our growing HR team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven work experience as HR Specialist (3+ years);
  • Good knowledge of Latvian labor law;
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English, Russian and Latvian;
  • Resilient and flexible mind-set willing and able to quickly adjust among constant change;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Strong team player and able to work effectively with team members;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • An ability to prioritise and create appropriate plans to ensure delivery against deadlines and in the absence of strict timeframes;

Will be considered as an advantage:

  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
  • Working Experience in a large, international company;
  • University Degree in HR or a related field is preferable;
  • Cross-cultural competence;
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover the full range of HR Specialist/ Generalist services, advising, influencing and when necessary providing direction to members of the management team including SLT members and employee staff;
  • Prepare, maintain and update HR documentation according to Latvian labour legislation;
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status;
  • Manage employees onboarding and offboarding administrative processes;
  • Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures across the organization;
  • Compile reports for HR and business managers;
  • Acting as a trusted point-of-contact for all levels of employees to escalate and address their issues and concerns;
  • Participate in various HR projects
