To achieve and establish our growth and future-proofing, we are currently looking for an HR Specialist to join our growing HR team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven work experience as HR Specialist (3+ years);
- Good knowledge of Latvian labor law;
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English, Russian and Latvian;
- Resilient and flexible mind-set willing and able to quickly adjust among constant change;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong team player and able to work effectively with team members;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- An ability to prioritise and create appropriate plans to ensure delivery against deadlines and in the absence of strict timeframes;
Will be considered as an advantage:
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
- Working Experience in a large, international company;
- University Degree in HR or a related field is preferable;
- Cross-cultural competence;
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover the full range of HR Specialist/ Generalist services, advising, influencing and when necessary providing direction to members of the management team including SLT members and employee staff;
- Prepare, maintain and update HR documentation according to Latvian labour legislation;
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status;
- Manage employees onboarding and offboarding administrative processes;
- Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures across the organization;
- Compile reports for HR and business managers;
- Acting as a trusted point-of-contact for all levels of employees to escalate and address their issues and concerns;
- Participate in various HR projects
