To achieve and establish our growth and future-proofing, we are currently looking for an Junior Payroll Specialist to join our growing Finance team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in a similar field at least 1 year;
- Advanced Level qualification in Mathematics and Accounting;
- Computer Literate and well conversant with MS Office applications;
- Knowledge of payroll taxation;
- General understanding of accounting procedures;
- Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
- At least intermediate Latvian and Russian language knowledge.
Will be considered as an advantage:
- Previous experience working in international company will be considered as a benefit;
- Knowledge of MS Navision (LV localization & payroll module)
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult employees on different payroll related questions;
- Process and reconcile all staff, payroll payments and deductions by established deadlines;
- Preparing weekly, monthly and annual time and attendance reports;
- Prepare and distribute payslips for leavers and when requested;
- Provide support to other finance sections when required
- Add new starters or remove any leavers from the system
- Actively support continuous improvement activities within the whole of OnAir Ent. in order to maintain the company’s efficiency and competitiveness
- To always act and behave in a way compliant with all OnAir Ent. company guidelines and policies
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Other tasks and duties requested by direct manager within your qualification level.
