Business Analyst – Data Development

Are you passionate about Data Development as a Business Analyst and interested in CRM on our PEGA platform?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Translate business needs into solutions/requirements for development;
• Describe accept acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team;
• Detail and verify the back-log items;
• Quality assurance (acceptance testing) of developed features;
• Drive and coordinate new developments with relevant stakeholders and affected development teams;
• Continuously update existing documentation for the services;
• Work with incidents and maintenance management;
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and estimate the work together;
• Ensure, that the solutions we develop create the maximum value for the bank and the customer.

What is needed in this role:

• We’re looking for a structured, self-motivated person with a good logical mind who thrives on problem-solving, data development and feels comfortable with managing planned and ad-hoc challenges from start to finish;
• You have a relevant university degree within computer science or similar and/or proven multiyear work experience as a business analyst for data development, data steward, or similar Work experience and knowledge of SQL;
• Previous work experience with data analyses (assessing data availability, quality, usage etc.), general understanding of relational database principles;
• Previous experience with data warehouses (Teradata), Oracle databases, or data lake technologies;
• Working experience with both more technical (IT) and businesspeople;
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and oral, is crucial.
