WAREHOUSE KEEPER

Job Description:
1. When the goods arrive at the warehouse, unload, storage, print labels, attach labels, scan codes, WMS system to receive the goods.
2. Receiving the shipping notice from the business department, make Packing list according to the shipping notice, pack the goods, take photos, waiting for the freight forwarder to pick up the goods, when forwarder signed CMR, keep the CMR, and notify to the business department by email that the goods had been shipped.
3. According to the monthly inventory requirements of the financial department, pile up the goods in advance, make inventory records, analyze the inventory results according to the requirements of the financial department, and explain the inventory differences if any.
4. Cooperate with colleagues in LAB department to take out of LAB inventory, receive and release goods, ensure the consistency of accounting and physical objects. FIFO principle, to ensure the goods first in first out.
5. Third party logistics management, external warehouse, accounting, physical consistency.
6. Work with quality department to improve warehouse stacking, cleaning, reorganizing, and finishing.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in warehouse/logistics/supply chain;
2. At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain in the international work environment;
3. Experience with ISO 13485;
4. Acts with zero complacency and always strive for continuous improvement;
5. Have good communication ability and team work spirit;
6. Make good command of office software, can read, write, and speak in Latvian and English;
7. Knowledge in WMS.
