PRODUCTION MANAGER

Key responsibilities:
 According to the company's strategic planning and business plan, set up new production workflow. Formulate production implementation plans - annual, quarterly and monthly
 Organize and formulate production related annual work plan, goals and tasks on quality, safety, equipment and technology improvement
 Participate in the new product development plans and organize the new products trial production
 Responsible for the organization, planning, control, and management of the production system
 Responsible for the staffing, organization management, equipment configuration and work schedule arrangement of the production department
 Carry out production scheduling and management and be responsible for the balance of production capacity and business plan
 Review the monthly quality work report, deal with the product quality issues in time, and organize the production department to participate in the establishment of a comprehensive quality management and an ISO related management system

To be effective in this position You have:
 Higher education, preferably industry-related
 Strong and positive experience in production area in similar role
 Experience in setting up manufacturing from the beginning as advantage
 Experience with IVD or reagents would be a benefit
 Familiar with ISO 13485, GMP would be a benefit
 Knowledge of ERP & WMS would be a benefit
 Fluent English, both spoken and written, Russian, Latvian would be a benefit
 Strong problem-solving abilities, great communication and cooperation skills
 Ability to work independently and time management
