Description
We are looking for a dedicated and self-disciplined person to join our team as a LEGAL ASSISTANT on a full-time basis. If you are interested in gaining experience in the field of law, with potential for career progression in a growing international company – you are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to colleagues
- Assist with preparation of internal documents of the company
- Assist with legal analysis of regulations relevant for the company
- Communicate with state and municipal authorities
- Handle the legal aspects of foreign employees’ relocation to Latvia
- Conduct legal analysis of service agreements and other documents
Requirements
- Experience in law (either working experience or a law faculty student)
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking & prioritizing skills
- High attention to details and self-discipline
- Desire to work in a dynamic growth environment
- Excellent knowledge of English, Latvian & Russian
- Ability to perform job duties from the office
- Proficient MS Office & Google docs user
