 Fluent spoken and written English is a must; other languages will be an advantage

The role of a FinTech Research Associate is very diverse, giving the chance to have a real impact on project execution.

This is an international role – the FinTech Research Associate you will provide first-class support to our senior Executive Search colleagues from FinTech Practice Group, with a track record of more than 250 assignments in over 42 countries.

 Identify, calibrate and prioritize potential candidates through the internal firm network, external resources and market outreach
 Understand clients’ requirements and clients’ USP in order to get candidates to be interested in the role/company
 Conduct first level screening and assessment of potential candidates
 Prepare draft assessment reports, proposals, progress reports, reference reports, etc.
 Assist senior professionals with administrative tasks and maintaining databases in accordance with the company’s standards
 Branding of business or personal accounts to attract candidates
