Export manager / specialist (ENG and RU)

This is a full-time in-office position, only vaccinated applicants will be reviewed.

We are looking for an energetic collegue to join our sales department.
Good analytical and communication skills are a must, this job will suit well an optimistic, hard-working and target orientated person.

Baltas Naktis SIA is a manufacturing company, making biscuits and snacks since 1995.
We export to 10+ countries with clients ranging from individual buyers and private label accounts to national chains. 

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (ENG and RU)
- Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- You like working with numbers and documents (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Driving (B category) is not a problem for you, as well as travel outside of LV

Duties
- Everyday work with existing clients (order collection and handling, drafting promotion plans, preparing assortment reviews, renewing contracts, order transport)
- New client search and attraction
- Control and coordination of processes in order to fullfill orders on time
- Meetings with clients (Baltic countries, EU and 3rd countries), in-person presentations, preparation of offers and presentations
- Preparing and taking part in exhibitions and client meetings
- Yearly budget preparation
- Weekly sales reports

We offer a basic salary starting from 1400 (Brutto) + bonus system, health insurance is available after negotiated period of employment.
