Job description:
The Ownership QA team is looking for the addition of a Content Analyst. The Content Analyst assists FactSet consultants and sales in their clients’ questions on FactSet Ownership collection methodology and data accuracy. The Content Analyst also controls the performance of the internal quality control process and contributes to its continuous enhancement. The Riga based Ownership QA team works closely with the rest of the Ownership QA team in the US, France and Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Explain ownership data and methodology to clients and internal users (mutual funds, ETF,
13F, declarable stakes, insider transactions, UK share registers and financial sponsors)
• Do quantitative and qualitative analyses of data issues to prioritize process enhancement
• Evaluate the performance of our quality control process (QC on QC, quality report
performance)
• Specify new application features and quality reports for software development, test and
validate them
• Implement enhancements in the quality control process (documentation, training, control)

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of financial markets
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self-motivated and capability to work independently
• Day shift 9am - 6pm

Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of database workflows or basic programming
• Any foreign languages (German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, Chinese)

Compensation:
Monthly salary (gross): 1600.00 – 1750.00 EUR
Additional information: The monthly salary is based on the candidate's experience and suitability for the role.
