Job Description

A Company is an FCA-regulated e-money neobanking institution which was established with a goal to deliver banking services to the customer base of retail institutions on a white label basis. At the heart of a Company technology lies its own core banking system, a highly scalable, very sophisticated software that usually exists only with large high street banks and is very rarely found in fintech institutions. This allows us to on-board a significant number of white label projects and scale really fast, thus surpassing our competition. A Company delivers white label projects on a revenue share basis. We test new hypotheses and product offerings with our own neobanking app that can be downloaded from AppStore and Google Play.

A Company’s geography covers both UK and EU with offices in London, Dublin, Riga as well as Kyiv supporting the business operations and expansion.

About the role

The candidate will be responsible for building and running innovative, new generation-driven products that empower all our developers and stakeholders to move fast and build products for our customers at scale. The ideal candidate should have e-commerce or marketplace experience to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, talented person who can manage innovation and execution. Qualified candidates have very strong organisational and project manager skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to earn trust of others.

About responsibilities

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Prepare a budget, based on scope of work and resource requirements.
Track project costs to meet budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Monitor and report on product KPIs.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Work with strategic design to gain an understanding of users’ pain points and journeys.
Provide insights into product, technology and market trends.
Analysis and continuous improvement of an existing product.
Assist with development of feature lists, user stories and roadmaps.
Identify, study and prioritise requirements.
Be driven by the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, “snackable and sharable”.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions.
Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans as well as new products and business proposals.

About requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field.
2-3 years of project management and related experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
Good project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying product roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting.
Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Technical awareness, UI/UX, Agile approach & multitasking.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline.
