Job description:

Sapiens is looking for an IT Recruiter who will join the Talent acquisition team in Riga, but the candidates’ sourcing and hiring area will be beyond Latvia boarders – for example, Poland, Denmark, Turkey, etc.

You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, interview planning, negotiations with candidates and hiring managers and feed-back sharing after recruitment process for global and local positions and projects. This position requires close cooperation with the global teams from other locations and gives the opportunity to develop in global recruitment area.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading end to end recruitment processes:

  • working with managers to define scope of the position requirements,
  • provide support and consultancy during the recruitment cycle for candidates and hiring managers,
  • share feedbacks about the process and outcomes,
  • help to prepare necessary documentation to on-board the new hire

2. Managing ongoing communication with candidates and building long-term relationships,

3. Working on a daily base with different sourcing channels and recruitment sources, including recruitment agencies,

4. Posting and promoting open positions in different media channels including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook and other).

We are looking for Your:

  • Experience in conducting end to end recruitment processes (preferably in IT field),
  • Experience in direct sourcing, including LinkedIn and other social media channels,
  • Great communication skills,
  • Orientation on goals,
  • Dedication, persistence, and ability to work independently,
  • Excellent English skills (ability to conduct interviews, in-formal conversations with candidates and summaries for managers in English),
  • Updated LinkedIn profile.
  • Experience with HRIS

Monthly gross salary range up to EUR 2000 gros depending on skills and experience.
