REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven success in acquiring field
  • Established relationships with payment processing partners
  • Domain expertise in e-commerce fraud, PCI compliance, risk, and anti-money laundering
  • Should be well versed in card scheme chargeback and risk management approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and manage merchant acquiring functions for the
  • eCommerce industry in a 24/7 environment for global or regional customers
  • Must have experience working with enterprise businesses as clients/customers and small businesses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills/ability to work across a regional/global customer base
  • Fluent in English and Latvian or Russian, both written and spoken

  • Strategic planning of acquiring network development based on global trends, current merchants’ needs, and company’s priorities
  • Concluding agreements with acquirers using our licenses
  • Presenting new acquiring channels with all specifics and UX to the board and account managers
  • Analysis of acceptance rates and volumes with current banks and payment service providers
  • Data exchange with banks and payment processing partners (reviewing invoices for duplicate transactions and incorrect data, communication with Support of Payment Partners regarding arising questions)
  • Should be well versed in card scheme chargeback and risk management approaches
  • Manage KYC, AML, Credit & Risk policies
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively interface with financial institution partners, and scheme network operators (e.g. Union Pay, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AmEx, etc.)
  • Vendor management of the related products service providers
  • Supporting sales and operations teams
  • Quality control and strategic consulting within acquiring workflow during onboarding and after it
  • Compliance and KYB assistance
  • Provide Merchant and PSP Underwriting to prevent financial and reputational risks
  • Daily operational management of key partnerships
  • Preparation of weekly reports for the board
  • Control of API integrations and proper live tests of new acquiring channels
