REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven success in growth marketing and marketing operations, ideally from the financial industry
  • Experience working with technical software products, preferably in crypto, fintech, or developer tools 
  • Experience in operation campaign design, content marketing, user journey mapping, email marketing, user segmentation, top of funnel growth, and funnel 
  • Experience crafting and executing a holistic marketing strategy for developer-centric B2B products 
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns) 
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • In depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with particular focus on programmatic platforms such as Google ecosystem and Facebook ecosystem, Affiliate networks, and SEO with a proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
  • Very good understanding of digital data analytics
  • Good in English and Latvian or Russian, both written and spoken

We are looking for a marketing manager with previous experience working with finance’ startups to manage the marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth, deliver new leads, and grow the database.

Job mission: To develop a sustainable way to top the funnel.

• Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works globally to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams.
• Independently driving impactful go-to-market launch strategies by owning the development of audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, positioning, and PR strategies
• Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer & validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape
• Working closely with product and marketing teams to brief them with the user insights, value props and messaging to execute go-to-market campaigns successfully
• Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigor to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy. Delivering campaigns with a strong bias for growth & business impact

Outcomes:
• To create a marketing plan for each quarter
• To have at least four posts per week on the company social channels – to liaise with marketing advisors and copywriters
• To have a minimum of 10 new leads per working day
• To measure marketing activities and distribution channels, constantly checking on what works and finding new ways for improvement
• Hands-on database management and follow up strategy
• Identify and prepare the events and conferences, support the team on the ground, lead the post events to follow-up activities (such as thank you cards, presents deliveries, etc.)
