Senior Cloud Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer

What you’ll do:

• As part of Netcracker PaaS Platform, develop variety of cloud backend services like databases, queues and Kubernetes installers.
• Participate in cloud architecture development for OSS/BSS solutions.
• Work with major cloud providers to build expertise across public clouds.
• Troubleshooting of applications on Netcracker and third party cloud PaaS platforms.
• Contribute to open source 3rd party products.
• Participate in NC open source initiative.

What we are looking for (several of the following competences):

• Good understanding of IaaS and PaaS architecture;
• Knowledge and experience in cluster building based on Kubernetes and Openshift;
• Knowledge and experience in management of containerized applications: Openshift,
• Kubernetes, Docker, public kubernetes engines (Azure, Google, AWS).
• Experience in Linux system administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian);
• Experience in build or support of highly available solutions with Linux platform;
• Understanding of Continuous Delivery and DevOps methods;
• Knowledge and experience in scripting and programming languages (Ansible, bash, Python, Go).
