You will introduce, implement, and support the delivery and ongoing management of our employer brand strategy and recruitment campaigns across both student and experienced hire to remain competitive in our market.

Your key responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute the corporate employer branding and recruitment strategy to ensure to attract and retain the best candidates.
• Support with ad-hoc employer branding activity such as the creation of event collateral, internal communications, leadership support, creative design work and surveys.
• Share new ideas and thinking on our go-to-market approach with a focus on student or experienced hires audiences.
• Create content to keep our careers website and social media channels updated – exploring new platforms and best practice in the marketplace.

• Team oriented and truly passionate about people and employer branding. We are a cohesive team and we’re looking to work with someone willing to work with us as well.
• Hands-on experience with Employer Branding, Digital marketing and Internal communication.
• Open-minded with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data oriented, organized, flexible with strong attention to detail.
• Passionate about digital and technology with a keen interest in communications and marketing.
• Agile and flexible in your approach to work.
• Passionate with processes and able to identify best practices.
• You love building relationships as it’s critical to our line of work.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any other equivalent degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideally, you will also have:
• Digital Marketing experience or qualification – highly valued.
• Previous experience with PowerBI reporting or SharePoint.
