We have created Fixtender - tender management software that helps Construction Companies to find and compare contractors and material suppliers and get a deal for the best possible price.
We are looking for a SaaS Sales guru who will help us to grow as a European market leader. Your task will be to find and sell Fixtender SaaS solutions to construction companies In Baltics. The daily work will be dynamic and the goals will be high, so we will expect inexhaustible energy and a huge appetite for good results.
What we expect from you:
3-5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company.
Proven track record of consistent quota attainment.
Experience with selling to Director, VP, and C-level executives.
Knowledge of Russian and Latvian languages is a must. English optional.

Selling SaaS solutions to companies with turnover $5-200M
Reaching out to customers from an existing database and cold calls.
80% leads will be outbound, but our conversion rates from cold call to demo is more than 30%!
Presenting products to customers via Zoom or at the office.
Onboarding new customers.
Preparing Agreements.
Reporting in CRM system.
