The “ClearWay Handling and Operations” is a Flight Support Company headquartered in Riga. Due to our continuous growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Office Manager & CEO Personal Assistant to join our Team.
Role Summary
Responsible for coordinating and planning all daily operational activities essential to ensure all flights are operated safely, in accordance with company and customer requirements, and on time.
Responsible for smooth running of an office on day to day working. CEO personal tasks and full working support.
Additional information
Requirements & Skills:
- Fluent English, Russian and Latvian languages (spoken and written)
- Excellent people skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Well organized with the ability to multitask,
- Experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of software packages
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
