Job description
The HR team at Dzing is opening an excellent opportunity for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-oriented IT / Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring qualifying candidates (mostly, but not limited to developers) for its offices in Kyiv, Riga and occasionally London, ensuring delivery of timely and efficient results to internal customers and external partners.
The right candidate must be able to work under significant pressure and able to successfully prioritise and close searches against a timeline. Acting as a recruitment partner to the business, the candidate will build successful business relationships with senior leaders and managers.
To progress their career within Dzing, interested candidates can be involved in broader HR issues.

Dzing is an FCA regulated e-money neobanking institution that was established with a goal to deliver banking services to the customer base of retail institutions on a white label basis.
