Your profile:
• Several years (1-2) of professional experience, preferably in raw material sales Food, Feed & Pharma
• Business-fluent English, Russian and Latvian speaker with excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Sales and service oriented
• Proven deal closer and a strong negotiator
• Sales-oriented, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinking, structured, and independent way of working
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas, both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

Your responsibilities:
• Purposeful planning, organizing and controlling of tele sales activities for the industry segments Food, Feed & Pharma
• Maintain dynamic relations and communication with customers and key suppliers, attracting new partners
• Manage supplier portfolios and understand market needs
• Adherence to the sales strategy, supplementation, and its successful implementation
• Identify emerging markets and potential customers
• Monitor business turnovers and activities and perform market analysis
• Acceptance of prepared offers to customers
• Cooperation with other structural units of the company

• Monthly salary 1300 EUR during probationary period and 1600-1900 EUR/month after probationary period before taxes (gross) with bonus system, the salary depends on the employee's results and work experience
