Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and ensure a good track of communication with customers and product providers.
• Assist the Promo team in planning, organizing and tracking promotional activity from product providers.
• Inform internal teams about promotional opportunities from product providers and support them with additional information requested from customers to opt-in.
• Monitor and analyze promotion performance.
• Track promotional activity execution by customers and ensure process is according to agreed procedures and timeframes.
• Communicate with partners and clients, investigate their needs to choose the most effective promotion activities.
• Explore opportunities to add value to customer with our knowledge, products and services.
• Create reports about promotion results to internal and external stakeholders
• Collect feedback about opportunities provided and areas of improvement from customers.

Requirements:

• Account management or other relevant experience (e.g. Customer support, Customer service, Sales, Project management)
• Responsibility and proactivity with delegated tasks and strong organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed in time
• Ability to prioritize and plan among competing tasks, while paying strict attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Natural relationship builder and teamwork enthusiast
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Keen attention to Customer needs satisfaction
• Good written and spoken Russian and English
