Latvia MGI Tech, a part of BGI Group - one of the world’s leading genomics organizations, is looking for a full time Supply Chain Department Assistant.

Job Description:
- Responsible for printing, scanning, archiving and other work in Supply Chain Dept.
- Check the invoices of suppliers about amount and title, confirm the accuracy of invoices with warehouse and logistics colleagues.
- Upload the signed invoices of warehouse and logistics colleagues to the system for reimbursement.
- Cooperated with the finance Dept. about inventory monthly to ensure the consistency of accounts and facts.
- Facing to Finance Dept., communicating with Supply Chain internally, output the documents and materials needed from Finance Dept.
- Facing to Quality Dept., communicating with Supply Chain internally, output the documents and materials needed from Quality Dept.
- Timely and accurately conveying the needs of the Supply Chain Dept. to admin Dept.
- Output meeting minutes of Supply Chain Dept. send email internally.
- Assisted with procurement colleague to negotiate with suppliers, output meeting minutes, and push supplier to complete on time.
- Assist with customs colleague to communicate with customs broker, timely and accurate customs declaration.

Job Requirements:
- English can be used as the working language, good Latvian knowledge;
- Hardworking personality, strong learning ability;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Have strong insight, communication skills, analytical skills, writing skills and risk awareness;

Start date: ASAP

Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (normal working time)

Work Location: Lidostas Parks, Mārupe, Mārupes novads, LV-2167 (3 min by car to Riga International Airport)

Salary starting from 1250.00 – 1400.00 gross per hour + health insurance after probation period (3 months) will be provided.
