Our offices are in Latvia, Sweden, Ukraine, and Belarus and most of our departments work in distributed teams. We are looking for a highly motivated Knowledgebase Owner/Content Owner to join our Team!
Your mission:
- Continuously maintain knowledge about Product and Vendors.
- Ensure articles in knowledgebase are verified and up to date.
- Drive adoption of knowledgebase internally and externally.
- Drive and increase the self-service level of customers by utilizing knowledgebase.
- Maintain and implement efficient processes in the organization around the knowledge base.
- Enable clear reporting on article status, article verification, search statistics and provide suggestions for improvement to management.
- Own overall design and UX of KB to achieve its purpose and ensure quality for customers.
- Corporate accross teams to ensure own delivery and assist others
That’s you:
- Previous experience in knowledge base management, knowledge base creation, or technical writing.
- Prior experience working within IT Development, SaaS, or web-based technology environment.
- Good understanding of cloud products.
- ITSM experience (preferably Zendesk).
- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges, self driven.
