The HRM is responsible for acting as an HR Business Partner to the local management team, through the planning, implementation, control, and promoting of the HR processes, policies and tools as well, taking accountability and responsibility for operational HR KPIs. participate in a committed, international team of HR professionals.

We are looking for:

  • University diploma or degree (Law, Human Resources, Psychology or similar).
  • Minimum two years' of experience as HR Department Head, preferably in the Contact Center or similar sector in HR ratios.
  • Positive attitude towards interpersonal dealings and service vocation.
  • Remain motivated and keep a positive attitude under pressure and during negotiations.

You will be responsible for?

  • Lead and promote the Transcom ways of working in the operating model as well as the Global framework for People Culture and Values. 
  • Lead the local HR team by open, honest, and transparent communication, using an inclusive leadership style, delegating with trust and clarity, having a strong focus on diversity and people development as well as acting as a role model towards the Local management team.
  • Ensure recruitment capabilities by strengthening and supporting local teams.
  • Focus on attracting, retaining and developing our agents to reduce attrition and sick leave.
  • Ensure established qualified HR administrative processes, incl. HR SAP master data and payroll processes, by minimizing errors and ensuring that personnel costs are effectively tracked and controlled with a payout of correct salaries on time, and personnel records and files are updated in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with any legal or data protection policies.
  • Implementation and execution of the Global talent- and professional development programs as well as local initiatives securing sufficient succession planning.
  • Implement and execute communication plans, adhere to Internal Communications, delivering specific HR information to all employees.
  • Monitor and assure compliance with local labor law.
