AppXite is a product IT company, we are changing the way people do commerce. We help modern commerce enterprises operate faster and be more scalable than ever before. We help software companies and their sales channel to transform their business into Cloud subscription and consumption models.
Our offices are in Latvia, Sweden, Ukraine, and Belarus and most of our departments work in distributed teams. As a Partner Manager, you will create long-lasting relationships with our existing and prospective partners, will drive Vendors' relationships together with AppXite, and will educate our internal team. We envision each of our employees as stakeholders, so you will be responsible for driving the collaboration and relationship with our partners.
Your mission:
- Requirement gathering from vendors on new functionality.
- Business plan creation with clear goals for each vendor.
- Driving new engagement and finding new opportunities together with partners.
- Maintaining positive client relationships and driving new acquisitions.
- Developing and implementing organizational goals, procedures, and policies.
- Consulting and cooperating with other executives, board members, and employees.
- Managing, monitoring, and reviewing business operations.
- Identifying improvement gaps and implementing corrective measures.
- Reviewing and overseeing all financial activities, performance, and documentation.
That’s you:
- At least 2+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Experience with Cloud/SaaS with a focus on partnership management and business development is required.
- Understand XaaS subscription and consumption-based business models.
- Experience with Software Asset Management or licensing.
- Experience with global Vendors is a big plus.
- Prior experience in distribution / reseller / channel business.
- Experience in communicating with & guiding senior decision-makers.
- Skilled at building relationships with customers, co-workers, and your direct reports.
- A great communicator in both technical and non-technical contexts.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience having worked with contracts and agreements (will be considered as a plus)
