Requirements for the candidate:
• Experience in sales, analytics or business administation field
• Education in office management, business administration, analytics or similar
• Diligence, honesty, trustworthiness, problem-solving ability and self-starting mindset
• Desire to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and customers
• Fluent Latvian in speech and writing
• Very good English in speech and writing
• Proper MsOffice, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook skills
Main tasks:
• Prepare and maintain documentation for public procurements and other sales offers
• Analyse tender and sales info, provide input for internal processes
• Assist Sales Managers with back-office and organisational tasks
• Help offer great customer service and solve issues
• Learn, develop and grow according to the needs of evolving medical company
Useful to have:
• Previous similar work experience
• Knowledge of the medical field
• Sufficient spoken Russian
