Order Processing Agent with German language skills
The Order processing agent is responsible for order entry and processing, in a timely and accurate manner, as well as, delivering exceptional customer service to customers. If you like to communicate with colleagues and customers from different countries on a daily basis - this is the right place for you.
Your profile:
- Good English, Latvian and German skills – both written and spoken;
- Preferred experience in customer service and support, data entry;
- Relevant skills in MS Office programs, SAP and CRM knowledge would be an advantage;
- Process-oriented, accurate, creative, and energetic.
Your responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions;
- Handle customer inquiries according to country specifics;
- Handle orders with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations;
- Maintain and update customer master data accounts.
