Very good English skills
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Perfect communication and problem-solving skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to work on a rotation basis in weekly shift cycles (this includes occasional work on weekends and public holidays).
