Position: Head of Growth

We are hiring a top level (or soon to become top level) growth hacker or growth manager. Full time and can start remotely. Focus on B2B inbound marketing.


The Head of Growth is responsible for driving and optimizing B2B growth and revenue funnel. He/she/they will develop and scale a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention from the ground up. He/she/they will lead and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels in close partnership with internal and external parties to shape and optimize successful marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving both strategy and execution across all media channels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive, full funnel digital marketing strategy;
- Strategically drive revenue and customer growth by layering paid strategies;
- Own the execution of strategic digital marketing programs;
- Build, scale, and optimize our digital marketing channels and manage day-to-day
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns: manage and optimize media content to maximize ROI;
- Optimize the company’s web-page;
- Test, analyze, and scale experiments to improve key metrics across channels;- Test, analyze, and scale experiments to improve key metrics across channels;
- Onsite work within Rotterdam Office (the Netherlands) will be mandatory after some time (hybrid mode) thus relocation will be required;

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (Inbound Marketing/Online marketing);
- Direct experience managing campaigns in digital platforms with a focus on sales;
- Growth focused mindset; must be highly quantitative, analytical, and a self- starter, including the ability to process and understand large data sets;
- Must know more about CPC, remarketing, email marketing, CAC, LTV and conversion rates than we do;
- Must have a track record of large-scale growth;
