ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The person we are looking for is dependable and trustworthy, has good analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
MAIN TASKS:
- Office administration
- Maintenance of HR processes
- Support with payroll, personnel data management
- Assistance in Finance processes
- Organizing staff events
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a similar role
- Education or relevant practical experience in Finance / HRM / Business management
- Strong command of Latvian language, English language on a conversational level
- Experience with HR information systems / Finance / Accounting will be considered as a strong advantage
- Active and supportive personality
- Valid Covid-19 certificate for on-site work
