There is an exciting opportunity to become Partnerships and Purchasing Specialist and join our team in Riga.
A key element to this dynamic and challenging role is to respond to current and future business needs, define areas of growth and be responsible for the successful development of relationships with business partners.

PARTNERSHIPS AND PURCHASING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

• Perform market research to define areas for growth and new potential partners to provide quality services in i-gaming industry

• Identify, pitch, and negotiate directly with prospective partners
• Manage daily communication with existing and potential partners to ensure they stay
satisfied with company services
• Analyze monthly data on Provider Performance, identify growth opportunities, additional
product tool implementation and performance increase
• Provide day to day support to the management team and maintain accurate administrative
task performance and tracking
• Coordinate timing and quality of the new service onboardig into company infrastructure
• Organize and coordinate marketing activities with new partners after the agreement is
signed
• Demonstrate initiative in the role by identifying opportunities to improve processes and
overall efficiency.

You will have to:

• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a
view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
• Submit monthly progress reports for supplier performance improvement activities
• Communicate and update teams about new partnerships or news from existing partners
• Understand and share the company’s goal and values to enhance the company’s
performance and brand representation
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide
feedback and information on market and creative trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Business Management / Economics preferred – MBA a plus!
  • Commercial experience of managing partner relationships, identifying areas of potential growth and leading commercial negotiations, closing terms
  • At least 2+ years of Customer related experience/ Business Development / Partnership Management/ Procurement experience. Online Gaming experience is an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English and Russian language, both spoken and written. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
    First-rate interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and persistent
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel across Europe, approximately 20% of the time (when relevant)
  • In order to become successful and achieve high professional results you have to be target-oriented and self-organized person able to learn fast, apply creative mindset, able to act in stressful situation
