Mid/Sen .NET/C# developer
This is the job.
Being an active part of the team, taking an active leading role in sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and backlog refinement;
Close communication with Finland team and adjustment of the processes for optimal performance;
Performing technical analysis & estimates of business requirements;
Developing new features and supporting the existing system;
Historical code optimization and refactoring;
Managing project reports to the Client and local management.
Good spoken and written English communication skills;
Experience in .NET Framework (C#, MVC, WebAPI);
Experience with SOAP/WCF and REST services;
Experience with EntityFramework;
Knowledge of MS SQL Server (TSQL) or other relational databases;
Knowledge of IIS configuraiton;
Understanding of a development process and how to structure it;
Understanding of a deployment process and experience with CIs (e.g. TeamCity);
Ability to understandably structure tasks and technical specification, and delegate jobs to members of the team.
