Mid/Sen .NET/C# developer

This is the job.

• Being an active part of the team, taking an active leading role in sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and backlog refinement;

• Close communication with Finland team and adjustment of the processes for optimal performance;

• Performing technical analysis & estimates of business requirements;

• Developing new features and supporting the existing system;

• Historical code optimization and refactoring;

• Managing project reports to the Client and local management.

You have:

• Good spoken and written English communication skills;

• Experience in .NET Framework (C#, MVC, WebAPI);

• Experience with SOAP/WCF and REST services;

• Experience with EntityFramework;

• Knowledge of MS SQL Server (TSQL) or other relational databases;

• Knowledge of IIS configuraiton;

• Understanding of a development process and how to structure it;

• Understanding of a deployment process and experience with CIs (e.g. TeamCity);

• Ability to understandably structure tasks and technical specification, and delegate jobs to members of the team.
